We offer free standard shipping on orders over $399 

Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched the next business day and delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday by AusPost. You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@ydnf.com.au. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes, along with high volume periods, promotional events and sales.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.  If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as AusPost will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. 

We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge of $15 for standard registered post or $20 for express post. Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by AusPost. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently only shipping to New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Shipments are sent by Australia Post and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for International delivery from purchase date. When orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures. YDNF may not be held responsible for any potential custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery dates supplied are a best estimate only and YDNF will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

CHANGING/CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team immediately at info@ydnf.com.au. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING

Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item/s with no delay. No additional postage charges will be incurred in these circumstances.
