Shipping rates will be calculated at check out based on the weight and location of your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched the same business day if placed before
12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST.
During high volume periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch
of your order. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday by AusPost. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as AusPost will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.
We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge of $15 for standard registered post or $20 for express post. Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by [AusPost. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.
POTENTIAL DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. Please contact us at info@ydnf.com.au if you would like further information or assistance with delivery timeframes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@ydnf.com.au.
CHANGING/CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team immediately at info@ydnf.com.au. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
PRE ORDER SHIPPING
Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item/s with no delay. No additional postage charges will be incurred in these circumstances.
DUTIES & TAXES
When orders shipped internationally (including New Zealand) reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures.
YDNF may not be held responsible for any potential custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
