We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you had in mind so we offer returns within 14 days from the date the order was received. Items received by our head office
outside of this date will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all tags attached in original packaging provided. If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Full price items can be returned for a full refund.
A return fee of $15 will apply to Australian returns to cover the return shipping label,
and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To process a return please email info@ydnf.com.au with your order number and reason for your return. We will come back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
REFUNDS
If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.
We will refund postage costs required to return faulty or damaged items.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
