returns + exchanges
We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you had in mind so we offer returns within 30 days from the date the order was received. Items received by our head office outside of this date will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all tags attached in original packaging provided. If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Full price items can be returned for a full refund.
A fee of $15 NZD will apply to all returns to cover the shipping label, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To process a return please email info@ydnf.com.au with your order number and reason for your return. We will come back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
REFUNDS
If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee of $15 NZD. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail by emailing info@ydnf.com.au with your order number. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.
We will cover the postage costs required to return faulty or damaged items.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at info@ydnf.com.au if you need assistance.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to offer free exchanges to make sure you get the perfect fit or style. If your item isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll send out your replacement at no additional cost.
To process a return or exchange, please email info@ydnf.com.au with your order number and the replacement size/item. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide the return postage label and instructions for returning your item. Once received, we will dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible and provide tracking details.
If the item you’d like in exchange is out of stock, we’ll offer the option of a store credit or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Please note that final sale items are not be eligible for exchange.
